Sreedevi Valuers is an initiative by T. Sujesh Nair or Thekkepat Sujesh Nair. He is a chartered engineer (civil engineer) and a registered valuer of immovable properties under Section 34AB of Wealth Tax Act, 1957; with IBBI under Section 247 of Companies Act, 2013 and under Black Money Act, 2015. Sujesh is an expert in immovable or real property valuation and delivers an unbiased and neutral opinion on property valuations and related due diligence.

Sujesh is a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), Fellow of IOV (Institution of Valuers (India)), Fellow of IIV (The Indian Institution of Valuers (India)) and Member of IEI (Institution of Engineers (India)). He is a guest faculty rendering informative and educational webinars on real estate valuations and best practices to national and international professionals.

Sujesh is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology, Nadiad, Gujarat and has a professional experience of more than 18 years in real estate valuation, project management and construction.

Mr. Nandanar A K – B.Tech, FIV, MIE

Our Associates

Mr. Nandanar A K is our senior associate and has rich experience of more than 19 years in project management consultancy and real estate valuations. He is Fellow of IOV (Institution of Valuers (India)) and Member of IEI (Institution of Engineers (India)).

Nandanar is an alma mater of Government College of Engineering, Kannur and holds B.Tech in Civil Engineering. During initial years post qualification, he worked as site in-charge and oversaw constructions works of a bridge at Mahe. He has also been an expert committee member at the block panchayat level for construction works of roads, culverts, mini-industrial estate. He is registered as valuer for immovable property under Section 34AB of Wealth Tax Act, 1957 and under Sec 247 of Companies Act, 2013. His expertise lies in property valuations under various sections of Income Tax Act, 1961 and has delivered valuation reports within agreed timelines to many reputed clients including PSUs. Apart from many specialized valuation assignments he is also in the panel of valuers of various private and nationalized banks since 2006. He is a chartered engineer and consultant engineer (Civil) for Cubex Projects and also renders similar services to many clients in Kannur region. He very quality oriented with no compromise on ethics and professional conduct.

Nandanar is also active in the construction industry and has constructed some of the beautiful structures in and around Kannur, Kerala. Presently, he is involved in the construction of a school building presently.

Adv. Anand K is our senior associate. He is a senior advocate practicing in the High Court of Kerala. He completed his LLB in 1995 from Mangalore University. Till 2003 he worked with Mr K Ramkumar (former Senior Central Govt. Standing Counsel). In 2003 he started practicing in the High Court of Kerala, Central Administrative Tribunal and other subordinate Courts in the State of Kerala and has handled various Civil, Criminal, Service cases etc… Presently, he is in the panel of lawyers of about 7 banks / financial institutions as well as in the panel of lawyers for Kerala State Human Rights Commission. He was also the standing counsel for the Govt. of India, Reliance Industries Ltd, Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, BSNL, Corporation of Cochin. He has appeared in more than 3500 litigations and has a team of junior lawyers to assist him.

Mr. Anand K, LLB (Practicing Advocate in the Honourable High Court of Kerala)

Ms. Susan, our senior associate, is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience spanning diverse sectors such as auditing, accounting, insurance, corporate loans, and housing loans. After qualifying as a CA in 2006 she started her career in a leading multinational company in Infopark, Kakkanad, and consistently demonstrated a proven track record of success in various challenging roles. She served as Deputy Manager – Claims and Accounts in an Insurance Company, where she honed her skills in financial management and general insurance. Later she joined leading bank in 2012 as a Credit Manager and leveraged her expertise in financial analysis and credit appraisal. In 2022, she held the position of Zonal Business Manager – Kerala for Housing finance Company and led strategic business operations and managed the company’s growth in the region.

After an enriching corporate career, she chose to transition into auditing and solutions to financial management, joining as Partner in a Chartered Accountants firm based in Kochi. She is an expert in auditing and taxation offering value to clients with her extensive knowledge and strategic insights.

Mr. Madhu C V - AMIE, FIV, LIIISLA, M.tech (Mechanical), MSc(REV), LLB, LLM, PGD (Psychology & Psychotherapy)

Mr. Madhu C V is our senior associate with M. tech in Advanced Manufacturing and Mechanical System Design from Government College of Engineering, Kannur. He completed his MSc in real estate valuations from Annamalai University and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Psychotherapy from Kannur University. He secured LLB from Government Law College, Calicut and is presently studying LLM. He is a consultant Mechanical engineer, Chartered engineer, Approved valuer, licensed Insurance Surveyor & Loss Assessor and a techno-legal consultant. He has more than 18 years of rich experience in valuation and has been rendering services for various nationalized banks, PSUs, governmental and quasi-governmental organizations. He has more than 14 years of well-groomed expertise in the panel of various public and private sector insurance companies. Presently he is also rendering techno-legal advice to various clients. In the beginning of his career, he worked in Asia’s largest wood-based panel industry and has experience in mechanical maintenance, production, quality control and materials as well as in depth knowledge and experience in heavy duty equipment, boilers, steam accumulators, hydraulics & pneumatics, compressor PLC controlled continuous processing plant, total quality management etc
