Sreedevi Valuers is committed to implementing and driving internationally accepted standards of valuation. The purpose of valuation being important, we lend patient ears, ensure strong due diligence for appraisals and apply apt valuation methodologies to deliver quality reports. Every valuation / appraisal assignment is handled professionally.
We are inclined towards traditional valuation approach as against automated valuation models. We have experienced instances wherein the physical aspects like measurements, obsolescence etc… made a sizable impact on salability and valuation of properties and desktop valuations had missed vital inputs. This can have detrimental effects on the end user of valuation reports, especially when used in secured lending, periodic assessments of quality of asset or NPA portfolio of banks or asset reconstruction companies, litigation support, transaction support, and the like.

Timelines for a valuation work may vary from few minutes to days depending on nature of the assignment. We do not breach agreed timelines save for factors beyond our control.
