Under various sections of Income Tax Act, 1961:
- Fees shall be as per CBDT guidelines.

- a valuation report.

- cost of construction etc… We can help you to reply to a notice from income tax office or other law enforcement agencies related for valuation or property and (or) relevant sections of Income Tax Act, 1961.
