Sreedevi Valuers is an initiative by Mr. T. Sujesh Nair. He is a registered valuer of immovable properties under Section 34AB of Wealth Tax Act, 1957; with IBBI under Section 247 of Companies Act, 2013 and under Black Money Act, 2015. Sujesh is an expert in immovable or real property valuation using DCF method, residual method, rent capitalization method, profit method as well as comparison method.
He is a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), Fellow of IOV (Institution of Valuers (India)), Fellow of IIV (The Indian Institution of Valuers (India)) and Member of IEI (Institution of Engineers (India)). He is also a chartered engineer.
Sujesh Nair is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology, Nadiad, Gujarat and has a professional experience of more than 15 years in real estate valuation, project management and construction. He was employed with reputed organizations in India and abroad. He was employed as property valuer / appraiser in some of the leading banks and NBFC. In his last assignment, he was Regional Technical Manager for Maharashtra (except Mumbai) and was based at Pune. He has also headed a team of property valuers in Kerala for more almost 5 years in a leading bank and was based at Kochi. Sujesh is a government approved valuer and authorized to carry out valuations for all types of immovable and real properties. Other than Kerala he has done valuations in Surat, Vadodara, Mumbai, Pune, rest of Maharashtra. He has appraised residential, commercial and industrial properties and major projects and done valuations under various sections of Income Tax Act, 1961 including preparation of objection notes to valuation cell of Income Tax Dept. He is in the panel of valuers of many banks and NBFCs. Apart from his routine assignments he continuously strives to innovate on various valuation aspects like quality enhancement, training as well as encouraging ethical and best practices.

Mr. Nandanar A K – B.Tech, FIV, MIE
Mr. Nandanar A K is our senior associate and has rich experience of more than 19 years in project management consultancy and real estate valuations. He is Fellow of IOV (Institution of Valuers (India)) and Member of IEI (Institution of Engineers (India)).
Nandanar is an alma mater of Government College of Engineering, Kannur and holds B.Tech in Civil Engineering. During initial years post qualification he worked as site in-charge and oversaw constructions works of a bridge at Mahe. He has also been an expert committee member at the block panchayat level for construction works of roads, culverts, mini industrial estate. He is registered as valuer for immovable property under Section 34AB of Wealth Tax Act, 1957. His expertise lies in property valuations under various sections of Income Tax Act, 1961 and has delivered valuation reports within agreed timelines to many reputed clients including PSUs. Apart from many specialized assignments he is also in the panel of valuers of various private and nationalized banks since 2006. He is a chartered engineer and consultant engineer (Civil) for Cubex Projects and also renders similar services to many clients in Kannur region. He a very quality oriented with no compromise on ethics and professionalism.
Mr. Madhu C V - AMIE, FIV, LIIISLA, M.tech(Mechanical), MSc(REV), LLB, PGD (Psychology & Psychotherapy)
Mr. Madhu C V is our senior associate with M. tech in Advanced Manufacturing and Mechnical System Design from Government College of Engineering, Kannur. He completed his MSc in real estate valuations from Annamalai University and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Psychotherapy from Kannur University. Recently, he also secured LLB from Government Law College, Calicut. He is a consultant Mechnical engineer, Chartered engineer, Approved valuer, licensed Insurance Surveyor & Loss Assessor and a techno-legal consultant. He has more than 17 years of rich experience in valuation and has been rendering services for various nationalized banks, PSUs, governmental and quari governmental organizations. He has more than 14 years of well groomed expertise in the panel of various public and private sector insurance companies. Presently he is also rendering techno-legal advice to various clients. In the beginning of his career he worked in Asia’s largest wood based panel industry and has experience in mechanical maintenance, production, quality control and materials as well as in depth knowledge and experience in heavy duty equipments, boilers, steam accumulators, hydraulics & pneumatics, compressor PLC controlled continuous processing plant, total quality management etc…
Sajith S – B.Tech, M.Tech (Geotechnical Engineering), M.Tech, MIE, , IGBC-AP, Chartered Valuer
Sajith is highly qualified and accomplished professional with a rich educational background and a diverse range of memberships and certifications. With a total experience of more than 12 years and 4 months, hesecured B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Kerala University/Mar Baselios College of Engineering & Technology, MBA from Pondicherry University/Directorate of Distance Educationand an M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University/College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He is an avid learner and keep upgrading his qualifications and knowledge. He is aregistered valuer under Section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957. He is a Chartered Valuer, Member of the Institution of Engineers (MIE)and IGBC AP holder from the Indian Green Building Council and is a licenced grade Aengineer from the Department of Urban Affairs since 2016. He is a Life Member of the Indian Geotechnical Society since May 2018. His extensive qualifications and professional affiliations underscore his dedication to excellence in civil engineering, property valuation, and sustainable development.
